Can I have a trial or a product demonstration?

Yes. We offer a free trial of ScaffPlan so you can experience the software before you commit. 

We also have demo videos available on the website if you want a quick overview. If you need additional guidance, our team is happy to walk you through the best setup for your business. 

 

Do I need SketchUp or Tekla before I can use ScaffPlan?

Yes. ScaffPlan runs on top of either SketchUp or Tekla, depending on the platform you choose. 

If you don’t already have a licence, you can purchase it during checkout — we guide you through the process.

What happens if I cancel a monthly plan?

Monthly billing is an instalment option for an annual ScaffPlan licence. 
You commit to a 12-month term, with payments spread across the year. 

Cancelling early does not end the commitment — the remaining balance for the annual licence will still be payable. 

 Platform licences (SketchUp or Tekla) are also paid upfront annually and are non-refundable.
